From our company's inception in 1966, Master Purveyors has operated with a basic philosophy: value our customers, and provide them with the best quality products and a superior level of service.
We offer the freshest selection of choice and prime meats available, cut and trimmed with precision by an expert meat cutter in our in-house processing facility. Our products are available unprocessed as well, and we offer other items including imported provisions and cheeses, pasta, seafood, game items and desserts (see our Products section for more information).
Since we specialize in "center of the plate" products our sales representatives are uniquely trained and qualifed. They possess the knowledge and expertise necessary to address the special requirements of the most discriminating chef. They ensure that each customer receives the best product for every application.
